Fifth Cross Disciplinary Genomics Symposium- "Genomics and Microbial Communities"

This conference will be held at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris on November 5-6, 2015. It is the 5th event of a thematic series of interdisciplinary symposia focusing on various aspects of Genomics.

The objective of this conference series is to gather scientists originating from several disciplines such as biology, mathematics, physics, and computational biology and to provide participants with an integrated vision of novel approaches that are shaping the role of genomics in several scientific areas. This year, the main topics will be centered on microbial communities, and will include:

  • Evolutionary aspects of microbial communities
  • Ecology of microbial communities
  • Functional aspects of microbial communities
  • Artificial systems
