Macroorganisms collected in situ

The three EMBRC-France marine stations are located near very different types of marine ecosystem, each with outstanding marine biodiversity. EMBRC-France services include different means to access this biodiversity (ships, diving, intertidal collection). Fauna and flora can be supplied (subject to availability) either on site at the marine stations or remotely via shipment.

EMBRC-France services have all legal authorizations required for in situ collection and ex situ maintenance of marine organisms for education and research purposes. The quantity of organisms collected is limited in order to preserve the local ecosystems.
